FitBalkanMate – Delete Account

1. How to delete your account

You can delete your account directly from the FitBalkanMate app in three steps:

1. Open the FitBalkanMate app on your phone.
2. Tap Profile in the bottom navigation menu.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm your choice.

Deletion is permanent. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data are removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.

2. What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

• Your profile and account information
• Workout history and training plans
• Food, calorie and nutrition logs
• Body measurements and weight records
• Achievements and progress data
• Custom foods you have created
• Your goals and preferences
• Your avatar / profile picture

3. What remains after deletion

For legal and accounting reasons, a small amount of data may be retained after your account is deleted:

• Payment records — kept for up to 3 years to comply with accounting and tax regulations. These records do not include your personal data such as weight, workouts or nutrition logs.
• Anonymized analytics — aggregated usage statistics that can no longer be linked back to you.

4. Active subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Premium subscription. To stop future charges, cancel the subscription in the store where you subscribed (Apple App Store or Google Play) before or after deleting your account.
